Steam explicitly says an unopened cereal box can contain a super-rare foil card. “Can” does not establish a guaranteed box, location, or published probability.

Track a foil correctly
Capture the exact displayed card name and foil indicator, preserve the card condition, note the box context and build, and add it to your local tracker. Do not infer that every normal card has a foil variant.
